Remote Support

Most maintenance and troubleshooting can be done remotely. We have partnered with LOGMEIN to bring you fast, secure and reliable service in minutes instead of hours. With the customer's permission, small .exe file automatically downloads to the remote PC. It's the interface through which technicians communicate with Customers and conduct remote support. The applet automatically removes itself from the remote PC at session conclusion.

The applet provides remote Customers with:

  • Interactive Chat and detailed Session History
  • Prompts to permit or deny technician access to all functions
  • File Transfer to the technician
  • Ability to stop Remote Control or disconnect at any time

Contract Services

Maintenance agreement

For businesses and consumers running several systems, servers and peripheral equipment, a maintenance agreement is needed to ensure a smooth operation of your daily activities. A computer maintenance agreement covers all your computer and network repairs, labor, and preventative maintenance. It also includes unlimited phone support during business hours, discounted hourly and remote service.

Technician Work Time: Monthly or quarterly visits and remote sessions - based on agreement

Mynetkey Technician will:

  • Update and maintain servers, workstations and firewalls. Service includes security and software updates;

Block hour agreements

MyNetkey offers Block Hour agreements at a discounted hourly rate for clients who need consistent support throughout the year. You can purchase block hours as a standalone service or as a compliment to your maintenance agreement. Our block hour discounts start at 10, 15, 25 and 50 hour increments with 8 or 4 hour response time.

Website maintenance agreement

For customers needing to maintain their website in professional manner, Mynetkey offers a website maintenance agreement.

Mynetkey Web developer will:

  • Maintain website due to recurring needs of updating, revising or creating new content on existing pages;
  • Maintain a full backup of web site through the duration of this contract;
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as custom email or banner advertisements. Marketing materials must be based on current site design only;
  • simple navigational changes;
